We were recommended Höst by some locals as a place for some Danish cuisine and managed to get a table (we hadn't booked, and it was a Saturday night) downstairs. The decor is typical Danish cool with low lights, industrial brick work, untreated wood and a hygge atmosphere. There is simply a choice of a 5 course meal or an 8 course meal. We went for the 5 and there was no problem in making it gluten free. We had a variety of servers presenting our dishes to us and they all knew that we were gluten free, announcing it as they presented the dish, which gave us confidence that the kitchen had our needs under control. Each course was fairly small, as is the norm in a Michellin starred restaurant, but we were stuffed by course 4. I thoroughly recommend coming here if you're in Copenhagen; dinner for 2 and a mid-range bottle of wine came to 1400Kr which is expensive but is good value given the quality of the food/restaurant.
