This restaurant is attached to the De Hallen hotel (which is really nice by the way) and is open to the public (indeed most clientele are not from the hotel). The gluten free options are not marked on the menu, however the waiting staff are up to speed on allergens and have an easy to read allergen list on hand. I had asparagus to start and then a really tasty sea bass risotto for main. Unfortunately the service was really slow, so I've knocked off a star for that.
