Espresso Library

As a coffee shop - 5 stars. As a GF coffee shop - 2 stars. Lovely place, nice environment, great coffee, but no GF cakes the day I went, only a wrapped protein cereal bar, and who wants that for elevenses?!

This is my favourite coffee shop in Cambridge. They have really nice beans and offer Chemex and Aeropress brews. There are a couple of gluten free cake choices (though they may not have had the delivery if you get here first thing in the morning) and, while the menu isn't marked with GF items, they have gluten free bread and the chef will happily make most of the options gluten free for you. The staff are really friendly and willing to help plus the venue is really cool, with bikes hanging from the wall and cool artwork on the walls. The Elm Tree isn't too far away from here, so make sure to check it out if you fancy a beer chaser after your coffee.
