This old building is the higest bakery in France 🇫🇷. Although they don't offer any gluten free bread there is gf pasta on the menu and also buckwheat dishes. I had the steak with the fries (they are cooked in gf oil). You won't need dinner after eating lunch here, so make sure your ski trousers have an elastic waistband 👖
